Terms of Use — Tasbih Pro: Dhikr & Qibla

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Tasbih Pro: Dhikr & Qibla ("Tasbih Pro", "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tasbih Pro is an Islamic spiritual companion app providing:

• Digital dhikr (tasbeeh) counter
• Prayer time notifications
• Qibla direction
• Islamic supplications (dhikr) library

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial spiritual use.

3. Premium Purchase

3.1 Lifetime Premium

Tasbih Pro offers an optional one-time Lifetime Premium purchase.

• Lifetime Premium: one-time purchase
• Premium removes advertisements from the App
• Premium is linked to the Apple ID used for the purchase

Lifetime Premium provides Premium access for the supported lifetime of the App and is associated with the Apple ID used for the purchase.

There is no monthly or annual subscription.

3.2 Free Features

The free version includes all core features with advertisement display.

3.3 Premium Features

Lifetime Premium removes all advertisements.

3.4 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• This is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew
• There is no monthly or annual subscription

3.5 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at:
https://reportaproblem.apple.com

We do not control refund decisions. Apple's refund policy applies.

3.6 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" button to recover your Premium access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the App
• Use the App to harm others

5. Islamic Content Disclaimer

The Islamic content in Tasbih Pro (dhikr, prayers,
Qibla direction, prayer times) is provided for informational and spiritual purposes only.

We strive for accuracy but:

• Prayer times are calculated estimates and may vary by madhab or local authority
• Qibla direction is based on GPS coordinates and mathematical calculation
• Always consult qualified Islamic scholars for religious guidance

We are not responsible for any religious decisions made based on the App's content.

6. Prayer Times & Qibla Accuracy

Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated using standard astronomical formulas.
Accuracy depends on:

• Device GPS accuracy
• The calculation formulas used by the App
• Local geographic factors

We recommend verifying with your local mosque for precise timings.

7. Advertisements

The free version displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

We use Google AdMob content controls to restrict advertising categories that may be inappropriate for the App's audience. These controls reduce but cannot guarantee the complete exclusion of every unsuitable advertisement.

Because advertisements are delivered by third-party ad networks, we cannot guarantee complete control over every advertisement shown in the App.

If you see an inappropriate ad, please contact us so we can review it and report or block it where possible.

Advertising data practices and privacy choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Tasbih Pro including design, code, graphics, and Islamic content compilation is owned by Seimur Ibragimov unless otherwise noted. Quranic verses and hadith are used for non-commercial spiritual purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of prayer times for all locations
• Availability of the App at all times

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Errors in prayer time calculations
• Any harm resulting from reliance on the App's Islamic content

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in California, United States, under AAA rules.

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.

For users in the EU: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU law. EU users may bring claims in their local courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tasbih Pro. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you must be at least 16 years old.

By using the App, you confirm you meet the age requirement for your region.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users
• Is harmful to us or third parties
• Violates any applicable law

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seimur Ibragimov from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
